The clubhouse provides a perfect place for your next birthday party, bunco night, baby shower, or family gathering. Please contact Brenda at (713) 806-5648 for availability. You will need to 

 review and print the Clubhouse Rental Contract. Turn it in with your deposit and rental fee. You can not utilize the clubhouse without it. Your HOA account must be in good standing to rent the room.

RATES:

Deposit: $100.00 (shredded upon clean inspection)

Rental Fee:           $75.00/4 Hour

                                  $18.75/additional hour

HOURS: NOON - 8 P.M.

WE HOPE YOU HAVE AN ENJOYABLE POOL SEASON

You must obtain pool tags to utilize the pool facilities.  

EVERYONE MUST OBTAIN A NEW POOL TAG THIS YEAR.  Please attend one of the scheduled dates to obtain your pool tags. Please bring a current photo of each member of your household. These pictures will be kept. If you are a renter, you must bring a copy of your lease agreement or a current electric bill showing your name and property address. You must also provide your landlord’s name and phone number. If you do not obtain your tags on one of the dates listed below, you will be charged an appointment fee of $10.00 to obtain your tags.

Pool tags will be issued at 7410 Breda Drive on the following dates:

Monday, April 7th 6:00 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday, April 12th 10 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Wednesday, April 16th 6-8 p.m.

Wednesday, April 23rd 6-8 pm

Saturday, May 3rd 10 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Monday, May 5th  6:00 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday, May 17th 10 am - 2 pm

Saturday, May 31st 10 am-2 pm

 The pool is available for party rentals and can be rented during regular or after hours. The fees are as follows:

$55.00 for 2 hours $75.00 for 4 hours

Lifeguards: $30.00 per hour

Parties held during regular pool hours will require 1 lifeguard and are limited to 25 guests (swimming or not) in the pool area AND you must rent the clubhouse. 

Parties held after hours: 25 guests will require 2 lifeguards 

50 guests will require 3 lifeguards

(If you have more than 50 guests, you will need 1

additional lifeguard per 25 people.)

After hours parties, are from 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Parties held during regular pool hours are limited to 25 guests (swimming or not) in the pool area AND you must rent the clubhouse.

HOA dues must be current to rent the pool.
