Garage Sales
Garage sales are permitted the last Friday and Saturday of the month. If you place signs for your garage sale, promptly remove them when the garage sale ends. Please do not attach signs to stop signs or street signs.
Community Garage Sale
Twice a year the HOA hosts a community wide garage sale. The HOA will place an advertisement in the Baytown Sun and on online forums. All you have to do is set your garage sale up.

Heavy Trash Dates
Hotchkiss Disposal provides heavy trash service four times per year. To learn more about what Hotchkiss will or will not pick up click the button below. Trash services and heavy trash pick up is contracted through Lake MUD.

Lake MUD Meetings
Lake MUD holds their meetings the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Meetings are held at 8124 Bayrun Avenue, Baytown, Texas.
ESD Meetings
Harris County ESD #75 holds their meetings the 1st Monday of each month at 5:15 p.m. Meetings are held at 7410 Breda Drive, Baytown, Texas.
