Assessments
Assessments are billed twice a year on March 1st (Due March 31st) and September 1st (Due Sept. 30th) in the amount of $230.60 each billing.
Delinquent Assessments
Delinquent accounts will be charged a $25.00 late fee each month and accrue interest at a rate of 10% per annum. In addition, collection fees will be added to your account. If your account is turned over to the association's attorney for collection, all legal fees incurred in connection with your account will be the homeowner(s) responsibility.
