Items Accepted for heavy trash: washers, dryers, televisions, water heaters, mattresses (queen or smaller) furniture and etc. Refrigerators, freezers, AC units, and other items ONLY if CFC’s (freon) has been removed and the item has been tagged as such, in compliance with state and federal laws.
Items NOT Accepted: box springs of any size, king size mattresses, scrap metal, construction materials/debris, concrete, bricks, dirt, batteries, tires, fuels/oils, hazardous waste, wet paint, solvents, tree stumps, limbs larger than 5” or longer than 3-4ft, explosive materials, automobile bodies, any items over 50lbs, etc. If you have questions about an item, please feel free to give our office a call ahead of heavy trash collection at 281-427-6666.
